At Oakwood homes we will professionally advise you throughout the letting process and during your tenancy term to minimise the pressure involved and ensure your voice is heard! All tenancies will require referencing and this usually takes just a few days. Our fee for the referencing of any tenant is £120 for the lead application with subsequent references at £60. In most circumstances a month’s deposit will also be required along with the first month’s rental payment in advance.
